NOW IN OUR 25TH YEAR! Bethesda Lacrosse is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization established in 1989 to provide an outstanding opportunity for players, ages 5-15, to learn and play lacrosse. We have lacrosse programs for girls and boys and we have also developed a year-round Travel Program.
Our objective is to accommodate as many recreational players as possible, while providing top-notch competitive opportunities for advanced players. Our goal is to give our community youth a great lacrosse experience including life-long lessons of sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership.

BOYS LEAGUE PLAY
One game per weekend, most games on Saturday, but some may be on Sunday afternoons. Games will be played at various locations in Bethesda, Potomac, Rockville and lower Gaithersburg.
NO GAMES the weekend of April 4th-5th
Practices will be held various weekday evenings. Note, coaches will not know teams practice times until March 1st.

ABSOLUTELY NO TRAVEL PLAYERS MAY REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY FOR THIS LEAGUE (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 2ND-3RD GRADE DIVISION). ALL TRAVEL PLAYERS MUST PLAY IN OUR BLUE DIVISION (TEAM REGISTERS SEPARATELY). ANY PLAYER FOUND IN VIOLATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EJECTED.
YOUR PLAYER MAY ONLY PARTICIPATE ON ONE TEAM WITHIN THIS LEAGUE. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
Basic skills and fundamentals will be taught in small group drills, progressing to learning positions, rules, and limited strategy. The last two sessions will feature small-sided scrimmages. All players will need FULL equipment. Your son will not be permitted to play without a mouth guard. Players who complete the Spring 2015 Instructional Clinic will be eligible to participate in the 2015 Fallball League, unless not deemed appropriate by Clinic coaches.
LOCATION: ASHBURTON ES, NORTH BETHESDA, MD
REQUIRED FULL EQUIPMENT: Helmet, Shoulder/Chest Pads, Elbow Pads, Gloves, Stick, Mouthguard. Protective Cup highly recommended).

Introductory Pricing for 1st/2nd Grade Girls!!!
Games will be played on Sunday beginning March 22nd through May 17th (NO GAMES April 5th) ALL Teams play in the Metro Girls Lacrosse League (MGLL).
Game locations in Montgomery County.
Players must complete an Instructional Clinic or Lacrosse Camp in order to participate on a team. If new to lacrosse, please register for our Introductory Clinic.
Fee: $275 (no refunds after 2/25/15)
Special Introductory Pricing for 1st/2nd Grade $175

SEASON DATES:Sunday Games, March 22nd through May 17th. No game April 5th. Times and Field Location TBD. Games are typically between 11am-6pm. Teams play in the MGLL (Metro Girls Lacrosse League)
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: All players must have had prior lacrosse experience through a clinic, camp, or team in order to participate.
EQUIPMENT: Your daughter will need protective eye goggles, mouth guard, and a women's lacrosse stick in order to play.Uniform provided with Registration.
REQUESTS: In the Registration Form, you may enter a Coach Request and/or Teammate Requests. These are not guaranteed, but Bethesda Lacrosse will try to accommodate your requests.
PRACTICES:One time per week. Practice days/times/location will not be finalized until the first week of March. Field Permits are received from Montgomery County during the last week of February. Teams will be notified once the Practice Schedule is complete on or around March 2nd.
VOLUNTEER: If you are interested in COACHING your daughter's team, the Registration Fee will be waived. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS after February 25, 2015.There is a $25 processing fee for any canceled Registration.
